This role focuses on creating practical, high-impact Copilot Studio agents and Power Automate workflows that improve productivity, streamline operations, and enable smarter decision-making across business functions.</p><p data-start=\"727\" data-end=\"886\">The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable moving quickly, and experienced in turning business needs into working AI agents using Microsoft&rsquo;s Power Platform.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"1031\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"1031\">Serve as the SME for Microsoft Copilot Studio, including agent design, configuration, testing, and deployment</p></li><li data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1152\"><p data-start=\"1034\" data-end=\"1152\">Design and build AI agents using Copilot Studio that interact with documents, data sources, and business systems</p></li><li data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1287\"><p data-start=\"1155\" data-end=\"1287\">Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to support business processes, approvals, data movement, and system integrations</p></li><li data-start=\"1288\" data-end=\"1404\"><p data-start=\"1290\" data-end=\"1404\">Integrate agents with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Dataverse, and Excel</p></li><li data-start=\"1405\" data-end=\"1490\"><p data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1490\">Implement effective prompting strategies, conversation flows, and agent logic</p></li><li data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1594\"><p data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1594\">Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver working solutions quickly</p></li><li data-start=\"1595\" data-end=\"1667\"><p data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1667\">Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance agent and automation performance</p></li><li data-start=\"1668\" data-end=\"1739\"><p data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"1739\">Create documentation and reusable patterns for agents and workflows</p></li><li data-start=\"1740\" data-end=\"1823\"><p data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1823\">Stay current on Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform updates and best practices</p></li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"1945\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p data-start=\"1856\" data-end=\"1945\">4+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate</p></li><li data-start=\"1946\" data-end=\"2019\"><p data-start=\"1948\" data-end=\"2019\">Hands-on experience building agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio</p></li><li data-start=\"2020\" data-end=\"2091\"><p data-start=\"2022\" data-end=\"2091\">Strong experience creating cloud flows, approvals, and integrations</p></li><li data-start=\"2092\" data-end=\"2161\"><p data-start=\"2094\" data-end=\"2161\">Experience working with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 data sources</p></li><li data-start=\"2162\" data-end=\"2224\"><p data-start=\"2164\" data-end=\"2224\">Ability to work independently and own solutions end-to-end</p></li><li data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2297\"><p data-start=\"2227\" data-end=\"2297\">Strong communication skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset</p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred: &nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li data-start=\"2329\" data-end=\"2400\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2400\">Experience building commercial or enterprise productivity tools</p></li><li data-start=\"2401\" data-end=\"2457\"><p data-start=\"2403\" data-end=\"2457\">Familiarity with Dataverse, SQL, or API integrations</p></li><li data-start=\"2458\" data-end=\"2532\"><p data-start=\"2460\" data-end=\"2532\">Experience designing conversational interfaces or AI-powered workflows</p></li><li data-start=\"2533\" data-end=\"2590\"><p data-start=\"2535\" data-end=\"2590\">Microsoft Power Platform or AI-related certifications</p></li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Benefits of working at Brown Technologies Incorporated</strong></p><p>Brown is proud to support the health and wellbeing of the people we employ.
