    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Opportunity: Room Attendant – In Country H2B</strong></p>\n<p>Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to ensure rooms meet established standards. </p>\n<p><strong>Your Focus</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li> Greet guests upon interaction with a warm and friendly greeting. </li>\n <li> Clean guest rooms according to standards within the allotted time frame by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. </li>\n <li> Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities. </li>\n <li> Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls or equipment. </li>\n <li> Notify managers concerning the need for repairs in guest rooms. </li>\n <li> Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy. </li>\n <li> Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards. </li>\n <li> Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods. • Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.</li>\n <li> Ensure overall guest satisfaction. </li>\n <li> Perform other duties as requested by management.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Us </h2>\n<p>This property is a part of the Echelon Luxury & Lifestyle division of HHM Hotels. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>HHM Hotels is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
