You will contribute to the quality of the system forecasts and decisions, thereby to client retention</p>\n<h3>In this </h3>\n<p>Each team member in this position must consistently demonstrate their ability to flourish in a highly pressurized team environment whilst maintaining a flexible attitude and meticulous attention to detail to the work assigned</p>\n<p><strong><em>What you’ll be doing...</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Gain a basic understanding of IDeaS products and processes in relation to the hospitality business</li>\n <li>Resolve basic Business or Decision issues for the client including questions on business practices, system configuration, system usage and monitoring</li>\n <li>Ensure portal issues, entered as cases, case activities or tasks in Salesforce are resolved accurately within pre-defined resolution timeframes and details entered in Salesforce</li>\n <li>Communicate with clients via the appropriate method </li>\n <li>Interact with and support the internal clients like Client Relationship Manager, Project Managers, Quality Assurance, Research and other teams </li>\n <li>Ensure timely identification of issues and appropriate escalations to the senior ROA member </li>\n <li>Assist in special departmental projects</li>\n <li>Acquire Technical Skills to qualify for Sr. Associate Hospitality Revenue Optimization Analyst certifications </li>\n <li>Execute special procedures to create structured data analysis or ad-hoc reports for IDeaS clients</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>What you’ll bring to us...</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>BSc. or a degree in Science stream or Degree or Diploma in Hotel management</li>\n <li>Post Graduate degree or diploma in computers, Business Administration, or science would be added advantage</li>\n <li>At least 5+ year of hotel experience in Front Office, Sales, Reservations or Revenue Management in 4 or 5 star hotel chains</li>\n <li>Computer proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint</li>\n <li>Proven English verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently.</li>\n <li>Ready to work in shifts </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Who we are....</em></strong></p>\n<p>Passionate people.
