Our Napa River waterfront location includes 114 rooms, a fitness center and home to the ALBA Restaurant. The RTI is located within walking distance of restaurants, the Culinary Institute of America, Oxbow Public Market, the Napa Valley Wine Train and many other fun filled attractions.</em></p><p><em>River Terrace Inn</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>A day in the life...</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing a welcoming first impression for guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and responding to guest inquiries. This role ensures excellent customer service, accurate billing, and smooth daily front desk operations while maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>You own this if you have ...</strong></p><p><br></p><p>- Previous customer service experience preferred</p><p>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>- Basic computer and point-of-sale skills</p><p>- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment</p><p>- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</p><p>·- Preferred experience with Marriott and Light Speed PMS and operational software including windows, excel.</p><p>- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays</p><p>- Physical &amp; Work Requirements</p><p>- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods</p><p>- Ability to lift up to [50] lbs if required</p><p>- Availability to work a flexible schedule based on hotel operational needs</p><p><br></p><p><strong>We've got you covered ...</strong></p><p>In return, the Front Desk Agent will be rewarded with competitive compensation. We offer health benefits, Nonstop Health benefits program, paid Vacation, Pay on Demand and a 401k savings plan which you will be eligible to join after 90 days of employment. The Company match is currently 50 cents per dollar of employee contribution up to 6% and is subject to change. The match is effective on the first of the quarter following one year of employment.
