The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms) for a majority of the program related positions within the organization. <em id=\"isPasted\"><strong>This position is eligible for a generous benefit package including health insurance, dental, vision, dependent care, paid time off including 4 weeks of vacation starting in the first year, 401(k), tuition assistance program and more. The salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $85,000 a year depending on experience.<br></strong></em></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Human Resources or related field</li><li>MA in Human Resources Management, SPHR/PHR certification a plus</li><li>Five (5) years recruiting experience in health, human services, or non-profit field desirable&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases</li><li>Understanding of referral programs</li><li>Solid verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Relevant experience and ability may be substituted. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish) preferred</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop recruitment strategies&nbsp;</li><li>Screen incoming resumes and application forms</li><li>Advertise job openings on company&rsquo;s careers page, social media, job boards and internally</li><li>Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers</li><li>Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events</li><li>Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs</li><li>Visit all locations and meet with managers to develop program-specific recruiting plans</li><li>Develop and maintain professional relationships with college and university placement offices,&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that all postings are updated and track sources.</li><li>Identify, source and recruit public assistance recipients in an effort to meet funder quotas.</li><li>Engage with employment agencies and search firms including negotiating and controlling employment related fees.</li><li>Provide information on agency services and job opportunities to applicants. &nbsp;</li><li>Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve the recruitment process.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n    </div>\n  </div></div>\n",
