The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Three years' minimum maintenance worker or equivalent experience required</li>\n <li>Must be familiar with all boom lifts/scissor lifts</li>\n <li>Experience using hand and power tools</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner with tenants, employees, and vendors</li>\n <li>Available for emergency call-in, possible weekend and overnight and/or overtime shifts</li>\n <li>Ability to exercise good judgement</li>\n <li>Good customer service skills</li>\n <li>Team player attitude </li>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li>\n <li>Valid drivers license and clean driving record required</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualified individuals [as defined by the ADA and CRD] must be able to perform all of the essential duties with or without a reasonable accommodation.</p>\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT </strong></p>\n<p>(Moderately) loud, busy casino floor. 24-hour operation with a very fast paced environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS </strong></p>\n<p>Exposure to high noise levels Exposure to heat and cold Exposure to electrical hazards Working at heights Working in enclosed spaces</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This job description is not to be construed as an exhaustive list of duties, responsibilities, or requirements. The company reserves the right to amend and/or add to all responsibilities and requirements in this job description or any other document.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs general plumbing duties.</li>\n <li>Performs general refrigeration, heating, and AC maintenance.</li>\n <li>Complete knowledge of electrical lock-out procedures.</li>\n <li>Assists with painting, carpentry and remodeling of the entire Casino property.</li>\n <li>Assists, when needed, in moving of Casino game tables, chairs, office furniture and supplies as needed.</li>\n <li>Abides by and adheres to the Casino safety policy as well as the State Health Department regulations.</li>\n <li>Assists the Facilities Manager and Supervisors as needed with various tasks.</li>\n <li>Performs all other work-related duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.</li>\n <li>Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.</li>\n <li>Responding to breakdowns.</li>\n <li>Repairing equipment.</li>\n <li>Shift and 'on-call' work may be required.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assign.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
