present ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals</li><li>Produce detailed specifications, write program codes, and provide product testing in controlled environments.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee and respond to user support tickets; troubleshooting of software related issues as need.</li><li>Provide system maintenance and training, including training manuals, for end users.</li><li>Issue both live and recorded user trainings for small to large groups of users in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>Respond to ad hoc requests as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule.</li><li>Must be able to work weekends, as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>5 years SalesForce experience working in Lightning/Communities, APEX class/coding, Custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, and Salesforce mobile application.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong knowledge of common software development practices, as well as practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls</li><li>Experience with unit testing.</li><li>Experience with SOQL/SQL, familiarity, and comfort with querying data.</li><li>Experience configuring and maintaining security models.</li><li>Sound knowledge of Professional Services, Finance, Accounting, and ERP fundamentals and technical concepts, Agile methodology. Salesforce Lightning UX.</li><li>Minimum 2 years working with the FinancialForce platform, desired.</li><li>Experience with FinancialForce ClickLink Rules strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience with third party tools such as Conga Composer for invoicing and Declarative Lookup Rollup Summaries tool (DLRS), preferred.</li></ul></div></div></div></div>\n",
