Founded in 2009, we have evolved into the largest, privately owned new homebuilder in the Tampa Bay and Central Florida markets.</p><p>The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&amp;A) Analyst is responsible for supporting management in analyzing and understanding the various business operations of Homes by WestBay and Casa Fresca Homes</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assists in the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-term business projections.&nbsp;</li><li>Translates data into actionable insights and presents findings clearly to stakeholders.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists with Financial Statement compilation.</li><li>Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.</li><li>Completes market research and comparable company analysis (i.e. Benchmarking).</li><li>Presents detailed weekly and monthly financial reports to Management.</li><li>Prepares presentation decks for various management needs.</li><li>Provides support to management during engagements with financial partners.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop new analyses and reports to support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Researches and clarifies issues as necessary.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Analytical - Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to supplement data.&nbsp;</li><li>Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively; Listens and gets clarification when necessary; Responds well to questions; Contributes thoughts, ideas and suggestions.&nbsp;</li><li>Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.&nbsp;</li><li>Teamwork - Balances team and individual responsibilities; Exhibits objectivity and openness to others&#39; views; Gives and solicits feedback.&nbsp;</li><li>Quality Management - Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.&nbsp;</li><li>Business Acumen - Understands business implications of decisions; Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; Aligns work with strategic goals.</li><li>Judgment - Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Supports and explains reasoning for decisions; Includes appropriate people in decision-making process.&nbsp;</li><li>Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Sets goals and objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Culture &ndash; Consistently promotes company culture and Mission Statement.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum Education: Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Finance, Accounting</li><li>Experience: 2-5 years preferred.</li><li>CPA preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, and lookup functions.</li><li>Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis&nbsp;</li><li>High financial/business acumen and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication skills; able to partner with cross-functional teams</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Credit Verification to ensure employee is fiscally responsible.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>This is an on-site position based in the Tampa Bay area and will require relocation if you are not currently located in the area.
