Description

Overview The Warehouse Associate is a key member of the Millwork team, responsible for accurately picking, staging, and preparing orders; safely handling materials; maintaining an organized warehouse; and delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Position Responsibilities: Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery. Safely load, unload, and move doors, windows, trim, and specialty millwork throughout the warehouse. Ensure products are stored properly to prevent damage. Maintain organized and clean warehouse aisles, racks, and staging areas. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and compliant manner. Follow all company safety procedures and participate in ongoing safety training. Provide excellent service to customers in the warehouse. Communicate effectively with coworkers to coordinate workflow and resolve issues. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, millwork, construction, or lumberyard experience a plus but not required. Ability to safely handle large, bulky, or heavy materials (greater than 50lbs), and perform the physical requirements of the job including frequent lifting, bending, walking, and material handling. Forklift experience or certification preferred (company can train). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent customer service skills. Simple math skills.
