The Production Associate has a high level of butcher skills that are used in the Harvest Area for the collection of tissue and the fabrication floor to create value added cuts for Glencoe Pork customers. The Production Associate in the harvest area and fabrication room is responsible for following procedures to process animals, achieving goals set by Harvest Supervisor and Fabrication Room Supervisor online speed, and quality of work in their respective areas. This position contributes to the Harvest Area and Fabrication Floor operations running safely, smoothly, efficiently, cleanly and humanely.
