This includes creating, obtaining, evaluating, coordinating, and distributing BIM models for use in estimating, purchasing, and operations, using BIM modeling software and related tools.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Principal Accountabilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate design drawings and piping layouts with various trades on a per project basis to ensure proper fit (HVAC, plumbing, electrical etc.).</li><li>Provide design oversight to all design-build projects and assistance to project managers on design-assist projects as well as coordination efforts for typical construction sites.</li><li>Ability to read, understand and interpret the Wisconsin Plumbing Code.</li><li>Represent Hooper Corporation in matters of project coordination and technical assistance as required.</li><li>Communicate with appropriate parties to resolve design issues, change orders, and approvals.
