Ensures that Core Values of Guest Satisfaction, Associate Satisfaction, Accountability and Profitability are met or exceeded.&nbsp; The ideal candidate will have demonstrated successful leadership abilities in the hospitality industry.&nbsp;&nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>\n<div>\n <b> Qualifications </b>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Minimum of one year of management experience in the hospitality industry.</li>\n  <li>Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>High school graduate or equivalent; college degree in hospitality management or business preferred.</li>\n  <li>Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.</li>\n  <li>Knowledge of budget preparation and cost controls.</li>\n  <li>Working knowledge of all hotel departments.</li>\n  <li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.</li>\n  <li>Ability to apply good judgment to carry out instructions.</li>\n  <li>Knowledgeable of the property management system.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>",
