This role supports loan lifecycle activities and ensures accurate servicing, compliance, and customer support.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform loan boarding and maintenance within the Bank&rsquo;s core system.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Process loan modifications, including deferrals and forbearances.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Handle customer payments and payoff requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding balances, payment details, and loan status.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor and manage insurance tracking, ensuring appropriate coverage is maintained.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Track and follow up on ticklers, including:<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Insurance exceptions</li><li>Collateral perfection</li><li>Delinquent property taxes</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Process lien releases upon loan payoff.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, processors, branch staff, and insurance companies to resolve issues and ensure smooth loan servicing operations.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or GED equivalent required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of 6 months of loan operations experience required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to communicate effectively with all internal business partners and external customers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to perform independently in setting objectives and determining how to proceed.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Intermediate understanding of commercial and consumer loan structures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to research moderately complex issues.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Working knowledge of federal and state compliance laws and regulations including a proven ability to apply these requirements to business practices and systems.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.</p></div></div></div>\n",
