Your Responsibilities As a Warehouse Manager, you will take full ownership of warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient handling and storage of chemical products. You will lead and develop the warehouse team while driving operational performance across receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping, ensuring strict compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. In this role, you combine hands-on operational leadership with structured process management and system-driven control. The accurate use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, strong execution, and a clear focus on safety, inventory integrity, and team performance are essential for success in this role. Full responsibility for daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping Ensuring an efficient warehouse layout and product accessibility  Managing and optimizing inventory accuracy using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and external logistics providers Leading, training, and developing warehouse staff, setting clear expectations and performance standards Delegating tasks and prioritizing workloads to meet operational deadlines Conducting performance evaluations and supporting employee development Ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment and shipment documentation Monitoring key warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping performance Driving continuous improvement of warehouse processes, efficiency, and cost optimization Ownership of warehouse safety standards, ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, and chemical handling regulations, including proper storage, labeling, and SDS documentation Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, purchasing, production, and management teams Your profile 5+ years of warehouse management experience, ideally in chemical or manufacturing environments Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Strong inventory management and analytical skills Knowledge of chemical storage regulations and hazardous materials handling Proven leadership and team management capabilities Structured, organized, and solution-oriented working style Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments Experience in process optimization and KPI-driven performance management Forklift certification or willingness to obtain High level of responsibility, reliability, and safety awareness We Offer A responsible leadership position with direct impact on operational excellence and company growth Structured processes, clear responsibilities, and opportunities to shape warehouse operations Competitive salary and performance-driven environment Professional onboarding and continuous development opportunities A modern, international working environment with short decision-making paths Koch-Chemie USA is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants for employment regardless of race, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, color, religion, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation or any other protected factor.
