This is a seasonal, stipend-pay position, starting at $390/week; lodging and meals included.</p><p><br></p><p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p><ul><li>Responsible for the safety, health, and well-being of a cottage of campers</li><li>Assists in planning and implementing program activities that are culturally relevant, developmentally appropriate and consistent with YMCA values</li><li>Responsible for being an active participant in the activity area assigned</li><li>Practice good role-modeling by acting in a way appropriate to mold young lives, both on and off duty</li><li>Adheres to program standards including safety and cleanliness standards.</li><li>Attends staff meetings and trainings</li><li>Follows YMCA policies and procedures, including those related to medical and disciplinary situations, child abuse prevention and emergencies</li><li>Maintains positive relations with parents and other staff. Models relationship-building skills (including Listen First) in all interaction</li><li>All other duties assigned</li></ul>",
