This covers a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks which are intended for these other teams to spend time more time in front of prospective and client securing more business for TRT.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Deliverables:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The BDA is responsible to deliver the following:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold;\">1. Compliance with TRT Policies</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">2. Data Encoding – covers to key areas pre-sales and post sales: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Pre-Sales</span> – supporting Direct Marketing Associates (DMA)s</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Data Extraction from Corporate Contact Databases.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Review with current TRT Client Relationship Database </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Input additional contacts into the TRT CRM </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Post Sales</span> – Supporting Client Account Managers (CAM)s</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Adding new device in the TRT Client Configuration Management Database (CMDB).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Updating Serial Numbers, Coverage Levels </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Renewal, expiry dates of device coverage.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold;\">3. Client Accreditation </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Preparation of Documents for Client and or third-party accreditation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Upload/mailing of documents into Client and third-party portals </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Storing of all accreditation documents into client/third party TRT CRM record.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold;\">4. Updating Internal Knowledge Base (KB)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Update existing internal TRT client based (WIKI) and Process based (BOSS) KBs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Only under the instruction of the BDA TL or the Director of Business Development (DBD). </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold;\">5. Marketing Support  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Inputting of Digital Media Content </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Production of marketing collaterals such as business cards and brochures to name a few</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Company representative in marketing events and meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Creating and Updating of TRT Proposal templates</span></li>\n</ul>",
