The Parts Outside Sales Representative is responsible to develop and maintain customer relationships, sell and deliver products, process orders and returns, and prospect for new customers.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Major Duties and Responsibilities:</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Secure orders from existing customers in their area of responsibility by means of visiting the customer facility or contacting by phone</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Call on prospective customers to secure new business</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Prepare customers orders</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Inform customers of new products and services and provide quotes on cost</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Follow up by phone or visit on quotes given to customers</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Submit weekly activity/call reports concerning customer-related activities when required by the parts manager for quotes, orders, and problems concerning customer/vendor relationships</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Provide a territory sales forecast</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Drive company truck to deliver parts to customers</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Collect money from customers who are on C.O.D.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Use laptop or IPad during course of business</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Encourage supported customers to use the Paccar E-commerce System</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Pull parts for customers</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Clean delivery truck daily</p>",
