You’ll drive delivery excellence across the full implementation lifecycle—ensuring projects are on time, on budget, in scope, and designed for long-term customer adoption and value realization.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This role requires balancing program governance, customer success, and delivery oversight. You’ll coordinate with our customers, partners, and internal Professional Services, Product, and Sales teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that align with best practices in billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Own the end-to-end delivery of billing platform implementations from post-sales handover through go-live and early stabilization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery, coordinating closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Plan and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring agreed scope, timelines, and delivery outcomes are met</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead project kickoffs, define delivery plans, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate cross-functional teams such as solution consultants, product specialists, and customer success to ensure smooth execution</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide day-to-day guidance and delivery oversight to a small implementation team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and issues early, and drive mitigation plans or escalate when necessary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage change requests and delivery expectations in line with contractual commitments and project objectives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders, including senior sponsors, to ensure alignment and confidence throughout the engagement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support release readiness, go-live planning, and transition to customer success or support teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Track delivery effort and progress to ensure projects remain predictable and well-managed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, templates, and best practices based on implementation learnings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with other departments like Customer Success, Sales, and Pre-Sales teams as needed to support implementation scoping and smooth customer handovers</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of experience in SaaS implementations, preferably in billing, quote-to-cash, or ERP/finance ecosystems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise teams, including those involving system integrators or partner-led delivery</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies, with strong skills in modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
