    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.28.23/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.28.23/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p><br></p><p><strong id=\"isPasted\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box; outline: none; font-weight: 700; color: rgb(65, 65, 65); font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;\">Job Description</strong></p><p>Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous quality of products consistent with established standards by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.</li><li>Formulates and maintains quality control objectives complementary to industry policies and goals.</li><li>Creates and implements inspection criteria and procedures.</li><li>Facilitates airline audits.</li><li>Interprets quality control philosophy to key personnel in organization.</li><li>Coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.</li><li>Provides inspection activity for product throughout service cycle.</li><li>Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.</li><li>Analyzes and interprets test data from quality checks on warranty items to determine cause and corrective action, and codes work orders as to responsibility and work to be performed.</li><li>Maintains and revises accordingly the quality control procedure manuals.</li><li>Analyzes and interprets new manual revisions and revises test records accordingly.</li><li>Works with vendors to insure quality of all purchased parts for company use.</li><li>Creates and directs environmental test functions.</li><li>Designs and implements quality control training programs to key personnel in conjunction with managers.</li><li>Coordinates, assists and manages quality audits from customer&rsquo;s representatives.</li><li>Investigates and adjusts customer complaints regarding quality.</li></ul><p><strong>Abilities &amp; Qualification</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to coordinate and work well with other departments and individuals within organization.</li><li>Have strong team orientation.</li><li>Proficiency in computer skills (MS Work, Office, Excel).</li><li>Ability to read, write and understand English and computer literacy is required.</li><li>Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Willing to learn and self motivated.</li><li>Good attitude and always have service mind.</li><li>Ability to work overtime, shift/weekends when needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Education</strong></p><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent; or four or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
