    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Oversee an entire product line’s inventory levels and conduct buying in respective categories through collaboration with management, procurement and administration.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify customer needs in order to find possible new product offerings.</li>\n <li>Negotiate prices and consider the company’s profitability before placing orders.</li>\n <li>Builds and maintains professional relationships with our vendors and partners.</li>\n <li>Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure product supply is uninterrupted through inventory control and proper ordering procedures.</li>\n <li>Process and create purchase orders in the system.</li>\n <li>Strategize with management to develop promotional product lines or special offerings, depending on availability of various items.</li>\n <li>Partner with vendors in order to have a constant supply of popular inventory items throughout the year at prices that are within the company budget.</li>\n <li>Plan pricing strategies on various product lines to reach an agreement with suppliers that allow for optimal pricing.</li>\n <li>Establish reliable lines of contact with management team as orders are filled and invoices have been issued.</li>\n <li>Anticipate possible supply shortages depending on unpredictable variables and devise strategies to solve any problems with inventory supply.</li>\n <li>Publish inventory and ordering reports so that upper management and other departments can get a clear idea of progress or struggles.</li>\n <li>Work with the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Manager to ensure deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders and report any back-ordered or missing products.        </li>\n <li>Make purchase decisions in accordance with company procedures, FSMA regulations and Company Food Safety Plan.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with department managers to clarify purchase requisitions, identify departmental needs, and refine specifications for future purchase orders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>3-5 years retail experience, previous buying experience strongly preferred</li>\n   <li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, supply chain management or another related field required.</li>\n   <li>Solid communication and negotiating skills.</li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Comprehensive understanding of MS Excel, MS Word and industry standard purchase order software platforms</li>\n   <li>Impeccable attention to detail.</li>\n   <li>Ability to work well with a team.</li>\n   <li>Able to thrive in a high-stress and fast-paced environment.</li>\n   <li>Willingness to take initiative and exercise independent judgement</li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Bilingual Spanish/English</li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Experience in the manufacturing industry and strong understanding of supply chain management concepts preferred</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-RM1</p>",
