Upholds the club’s luxury hospitality standards while creating a warm, professional, and memorable dining experience.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver refined, member-focused table service with strong menu and wine knowledge.</li>\n <li>Present food and beverages according to established service standards (synchronizedservice, proper course pacing, wine presentation).</li>\n <li>Anticipate member preferences and build rapport with regular guests.</li>\n <li>Accurately enter orders into POS system and ensure clear communication with kitchenand bar.</li>\n <li>Execute banquet, tournament, and private event service with precision andprofessionalism.</li>\n <li>Maintain immaculate table settings, side stations, and dining room appearance.</li>\n <li>Handle member concerns discreetly and escalate issues appropriately.</li>\n <li>Follow all alcohol service regulations and club policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Skills & Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in upscale dining, private club, or luxury resort preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and seasonal menus.</li>\n <li>Polished appearance and professional communication style.</li>\n <li>Ability to remain composed during high-volume service (tournaments, weddings, holidayevents).</li>\n <li>Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak golf season.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>From $21.00-$23.00/hourly</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p>\n<p><strong>As a valued member of the CoralTree team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program.</li>\n <li>Room discounts for all team members, as well as for their friends and family immediately upon hire.</li>\n <li>Paid sick leave.</li>\n <li>Eligible employees, 18 and older can register for a 401(k) with Fidelity after just 3 months of employment, helping you invest in your future; our plan has a company match and no vesting schedule.</li>\n <li>Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI).</li>\n <li>Company provided uniforms</li>\n <li>Continuing Education Allowance - Including support for local and national industry shows and the EM Certification Program through the GCSAA)</li>\n <li>Employee meals are supplied during the summer months.</li>\n <li>Available Time Off</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This job posting will close on June 30th 2026, unless it is filled prior to that date.</p>",
