    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong><em>This position is onsite at the Corporate Headquarters located in Kenosha, WI.</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Associate Business Systems Analyst position will be working for Corporate IT and will be responsible for delivering custom application solutions. These custom applications are deployed globally and include e-commerce websites, mobile applications, manufacturing efficiency solutions, point of sale systems, custom CRM applications, and general business automation strategies and solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a drive to learn and be passionate about new technologies and leveraging them to add value.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Working with business partners to understand needs, then translating into functional specifications and process flows for development teams</li>\n <li>Evaluate current business processes and propose areas for future improvements ensuring solutions will meet business needs</li>\n <li>Develop testing plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring business requirements are met and with no system defects</li>\n <li>Coordinate across development teams and business teams to keep projects on schedule and meet compliance and security standards</li>\n <li>Serving as frontline support for troubleshooting potential defects across multiple applications</li>\n <li>Create application reports for monitoring system data, performance and monitoring cost benefit analysis</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration is preferred or directly related work experience as Business Analyst for 3-5 years</li>\n <li>1-3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst</li>\n <li>Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills</li>\n <li>Excellent documentation skills, planning, organizational, and time management skills</li>\n <li>Proficiency with SQL and 3rd-party system-integrated solutions</li>\n <li>Power Bl report writing is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#IND-SNA-KENO</p>",
