If you enjoy physical work, following clear procedures, and contributing to a team that keeps operations moving efficiently, this role may be a great fit.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate the baler safely and efficiently following established procedures</li>\n<li>Process cardboard, clothing, plastics, and other materials into bales</li>\n<li>Meet daily production quotas</li>\n<li>Load, distribute, and compact materials evenly in the baler</li>\n<li>Secure completed bales properly with wire</li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baler and surrounding work area</li>\n<li>Monitor equipment condition and report concerns immediately</li>\n<li>Follow all safety guidelines and remain alert to coworkers at all times</li>\n<li>Support sustainability goals through consistent, quality work</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sustainability</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to understand and follow instructions</li>\n<li>Basic math, reading, and paperwork skills</li>\n<li>Strong focus and ability to stay on task</li>\n<li>Independent decision-making when needed</li>\n<li>Team-oriented attitude and flexibility</li>\n<li>Prior baling or forklift experience is a plus (but not required)</li>\n<li>Ability to bend, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a physical, production-based environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Working Conditions</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Physically active role with exposure to heat, noise, and odors</li>\n<li>Requires standing, bending, lifting, and pushing materials regularly</li>\n<li>Safety is a top priority—clean, hazard-free work areas are required at all times</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Why Join Goodwill Tenneva?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A meaningful mission — your work supports sustainability, employment, and job training</li>\n<li>Supportive team environment</li>\n<li>Opportunities to learn new skills and grow</li>\n<li>Stable, mission-driven organization</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>At <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Goodwill Industries of Tenneva</span>, every bale supports a bigger purpose.
