The HVAC Lead Installer accomplishes this work leveraging each other’s strengths, and using strong communication and coordinating efforts with internal departments.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s In It For Me?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Industry Leading Total Compensation Plans - $75,000-$100,000 per year depending on experience </li>\n <li>Saturday job bonus ($75-$150) earned each Saturday worked</li>\n <li>Monthly bonuses (leads could earn up to $1050 extra per month)</li>\n <li>Two a day bonus (multiple job per day bonus)</li>\n <li>Attic bonus (in summer)</li>\n <li>Medical (as low as $1), Dental and Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>FREE Employee/Dependent Telehealth, no copay</li>\n <li>Company Matched Health Savings Account and 401k Retirement Account</li>\n <li>FREE Long-Term Disability Insurance, Employee + Family Life Insurance, Wellness Program and Employee Assistance Program (Mental Health)</li>\n <li>Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance, Accident Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance</li>\n <li>Paid Company Holidays</li>\n <li>Paid Community Service Day</li>\n <li>Company Paid Personal Time Off (Up to 4 Weeks)</li>\n <li>Company Paid Other Time Off (Bereavement & Jury Duty)</li>\n <li>Friends & Family Discount</li>\n <li>Industry Leading Training Programs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What Will I Do?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain communication with internal teams.</li>\n <li>Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.</li>\n <li>Clearly, effectively and timely communicate with HVAC Install Manager and supervisors to review job details.</li>\n <li>Adapt project work when necessary due to interruptions, scope changes, or other unforeseen conditions.</li>\n <li>Follow Installation procedures and processes and ensure HVAC Install Apprentice follows the Installation procedures and processes.</li>\n <li>Accurately report labor hours and maintain JIT.</li>\n <li>Complete replacement closeout process with 100% accuracy immediately upon completion of job.</li>\n <li>Properly complete required paperwork.</li>\n <li>Embrace and proactively seek out development opportunities through continued training and one-on-one coaching.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Do I Have What it Takes?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver’s license to drive company vehicle.</li>\n <li>Universal EPA Certificate</li>\n <li>Service Titan experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of HVAC field installation experience. </li>\n <li>Ability to lift loads up to 75 pounds on a regular basis</li>\n <li>Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Do you check the box for the above items?
