Start your new journey today.</p><p>We offer an excellent benefit package for you and your family.</p><p><strong>Yard Specialist - Heavy Equipment</strong></p><p><strong>$18.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience</strong></p><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Purpose: &nbsp;To record and communicate all details of machine movements accurately, ensure equipment fleet is maintained properly &amp; maintain a professional looking equipment yard.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><u>Duties</u></strong></p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Machine Receiving:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in unloading all incoming machine deliveries.</li><li>Receive any pertinent hauling paperwork that driver has, if none, inquire about machine specifics and report activity to Inside Sales Manager (or responsible person).</li><li>Take machine pictures that are consistent with the &ldquo;Inspection Picture Process&rdquo; form.</li><li>Ensure that machine and attachments have necessary identification: s/n plate is legible, Meade stock Id is recorded on machine and attachments and base units have Meade stickers on them.</li><li>Complete &ldquo;Inspection Form&rdquo; for machine. &nbsp;Include PM sticker dates and/or filter dates on &ldquo;Inspection Form.&rdquo; &nbsp;When complete, scan and email or deliver &ldquo;Inspection Form&rdquo; to Inside Sales Manager.</li><li>According to work order details; clean, grease &amp; prep machine for future shipment. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Machine Shipments:</strong></p><ul><li>Yard Specialist will receive notification of machine shipment from Inside Sales Manager. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Take machine pictures that are consistent with our &ldquo;Inspection Picture Process&rdquo; form.</li><li>Ensure that machine and attachments have necessary identification: s/n plate is legible, Meade stock Id is recorded on machine and attachments and base units have proper Meade stickers on them.</li><li>Complete &ldquo;Inspection Form&rdquo; for machine. &nbsp;</li><li>Assist in loading machine. &nbsp;Obtain shipment signature on &ldquo;Inspection Form.&rdquo; &nbsp;Supply driver with copy of form.</li><li>Scan form to Inside Sales Manager.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>General Yard Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Organize equipment units and attachments in an orderly fashion on the yard as directed by Branch Management.</li><li>Maintain gravel lots by grading or other necessary means as directed by Branch Management.</li><li>Ensure all on hand inventory units and attachments have been cleaned and serviced and have proper identification: s/n plates are legible, Meade stock id #s are noted on the unit &amp; base units have proper Meade stickers on them.</li><li>Yard Specialist will work with sales team on washing and detailing new sold equipment.</li><li>Will assist techs as needed at times, may be asked to deliver parts to field techs in the field</li><li>Yard Specialist will perform other duties as directed.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:</strong></p><ul><li>Valid Driver&#39;s license required</li><li>Clean driving record required</li><li>Ability to lift 55lbs required</li><li>Good skills in operating vehicles and equipment</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required&nbsp;</li><li>Regular attendance and timeliness are essential to this position</li><li>Fundamental knowledge of engines, hydraulics, power-trans, air-conditioning, and electrical systems as they apply to machines marketed by the dealership.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>Monday - Friday   8am to 5pm",
