          "text": "<p><b>Key Skills:</b><u></u><u></u></p><p>Possess solid experience with Workday application as daily tasks will be focused on development and integration with Workday.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><span><b>Required Qualifications:</b></span><u></u></p><p><u></u> <u></u></p><p><u></u> <u></u></p><p></p><p>• HR Management platform (Workday) configuration &amp; interface development experience<br />• 4-6 years IT experience from a technical delivery background in Middleware and SOA<br />• Programming language experience in Java<br />• UI development experience using HTML, CSS, Java Script, AngularJS framework<br />• In-depth RDBMS development experience (SQL Server, MySQL, or equiv.)<br />• Hands on experience in SDLC processes &amp; agile based development<br />• Experience developing on and interfacing with cloud computing platforms such as AWS<br />• Hands-on experience with Spring based application development<br />• Hands-on experience with continuous integration and build automation (Jenkins or equiv.)<br />• ESB experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) or equiv.<br />• Salesforce platform configuration &amp; interface development is a PLUS<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><span><b>Skills/Abilities:</b></span><br /><span>Candidates should have broad information systems experience.</span><br /><span>They should be comfortable working in an Agile team environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Communication skills should range from intra-team technical collaboration through large group presentations conducted at the project/business lead level.</span><br /><span>Ability to understand and capture business functional and technical requirements.</span><br /><span>Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple solutions.</span><br /></p><p><u></u><u></u></p>",
