In addition, we provide global field service maintenance and repairs for wind turbine OEMs and asset owners by leveraging our global footprint and approximately 12,000 capable associates. &nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p><b>About the Role</b> &nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>TPI is looking for experienced production manufacturing associates to join the team at our composite wind blade manufacturing plant in Newton, Iowa. Our Manufacturing Associates are responsible for safely producing quality products that meet delivery and cost expectations in a high-performing manufacturing plant.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p><b>Essential Functions</b> &nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>Cutting fiberglass cloth to size, following template or blueprints, using cutting machines, scissors, or knives.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>Applying layers of fiberglass cloth onto mold or fixture in predetermined ply sequence, and presses cloth to fit contours on mold, smooth surface, and remove air pockets and excess resin using squeegee, scraper, or spatula.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>Encasing molded laminate in bagging material and bleeder cloth, attaches vacuum bagging apparatus.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>Dispensing, handling, and applying composite resins and adhesives.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>Trimming, drilling, grinding, sanding, and finishing cured parts to specifications, using templates, fixtures, tools, and power tools.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>Pre-fitting and assembling cured parts into assemblies or subassemblies, using jigs, fixtures, power tools, and fasteners, such as rivets and bolts.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>Following all safety practices and procedures.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>Safely performing tasks such as applying bondo and paint, operating palm sander and other basic hand tools, handling chemicals (resin, paste, acetone), laying fiberglass and balsa core, operating cranes, etc.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p><b>Who we’re looking for:</b> &nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p><span><b>Looking for former TPI employees that left in good standing</b></span></p>\n  <p>High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px;text-decoration-color:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-thickness:initial;\">\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>Basic reading, writing, math, and listening skills.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>Ability to read a tape measure.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>Strong eye-hand coordination.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>A strong work ethic and attention to detail and quality.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>Commitment to mastering the craft of blade building and has chosen this position as a career path.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>2 years’ previous manufacturing or industrial experience or vocational training preferred but not required.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) individuals are encouraged to apply.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>Positions available on 1<sup>st</sup>, 2<sup>nd</sup>, and 3<sup>rd</sup> shifts.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n  <p><b>Physical Skills and Abilities</b>&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment where there will be exposure to elevated high heat and humidity, fiberglass dust, and hazardous chemicals.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>In a safety-sensitive, demanding, detail oriented, deadline driven environment that requires simultaneous handling of multiple priorities.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>Independently and as a member of a team.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>8 -
