Don't worry, you can still find yourself in the game!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p>We are seeking <strong>Seasonal </strong><strong>Guest Services Parking Lot Attendants</strong> who play an essential role in the US Open guest experience. In this role, you will wear many different hats and have the opportunity to assist and deliver customer service to visitors from around the world. Our team members genuinely enjoy interacting with people, know what it takes to provide excellent customer service.</p>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet and guide all guests in a welcoming and friendly manner</li>\n <li>Respond to guest concerns respectfully and calmly</li>\n <li>Report unattended bags and packages, medical situations, incidents or emergencies(immediately to command center)</li>\n <li>Maintain a positive, outgoing demeanor adhering to the core expectations of our guest services team at all times</li>\n <li>Manage and resolve conflicts by following the USTA policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Ensure that all guests have the correct parking pass for the parking lot</li>\n <li>Direct cars to the appropriate parking lot</li>\n <li>Help guests locate their vehicles upon return</li>\n <li>Answer guest questions with regards to event and stadiums (example: location of particular match, concession stands, & restrooms)</li>\n <li>Work closely with Supervisor and/or Area Director as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be available to work entire duration of the US Open (August 26 - September 8) </li>\n <li>Previous guest or customer service related experience </li>\n <li>Punctual and presentable shift attendance, neatly groomed in a clean, well-maintained uniform</li>\n <li>Available to work for the full duration of the US Open tournament</li>\n <li>Must be able to work 12+ hour shifts and be available days, nights and weekends</li>\n <li>Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions and able to stand for extended periods</li>\n <li>Personable and proactive team player with excellent communication skills </li>\n <li>Remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment as well as during stressful situations</li>\n <li>Bilingual (a plus, but not necessary)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of <strong>$19.00</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Uniforms:</strong> Employees will be provided with uniforms to ensure a professional and cohesive team appearance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Daily Meal Allowance:</strong> A meal allowance will be loaded onto your credentials each workday during the US Open, allowing you to enjoy meals on-site during your shift.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Exciting Work Environment:</strong> Be part of a dynamic team at a world-class venue, contributing to an unforgettable experience for players, staff, and fans.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2><strong>Come One, Come All</strong></h2>\n<p>We strongly encourage you to apply if you’re interested; all unique backgrounds and experiences welcome!</p>\n<p><em>USTA is dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities for all individuals, regardless of age, disability, national origin, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or expression, pregnancy, veteran status, marital status, family status, alienage or citizenship status, creed, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.</em></p>",
