This role focuses on enabling agile practices, supporting delivery of multiple technology initiatives, and facilitating collaboration across cross functional teams aligned to the Application Security strategy.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>-Support agile delivery for multiple technology initiatives within the Application Security portfolio.</p><p>-Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to support backlog management, prioritization, and delivery planning.</p><p>-Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand ups, reviews, and retrospectives.</p><p>-Track and report on squad delivery metrics, progress, risks, and impediments.</p><p>-Support teams in applying agile values, practices, and processes consistently.</p><p>-Identify delivery impediments and work with stakeholders to support timely resolution.</p><p>-Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance team effectiveness and delivery outcomes.</p><p>-Support coordination across development teams and supporting functions to drive aligned execution.</p><p>-Engage with Agile Coaches as needed to support adoption of agile practices and team maturity.</p><p>-Communicate status, risks, and recommendations clearly to Product Owners and stakeholders.</p><p></p><p>Required Skills & Experience:</p><p>-Experience working in agile delivery environments with strong knowledge of agile practices.</p><p>-Proven experience facilitating agile ceremonies in a solutions focused manner.</p><p>-Experience supporting teams in establishing and adhering to agile norms and working agreements.</p><p>-Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional technical and non technical teams.</p><p>-Strong influencing skills without direct authority.</p><p>-Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement better ways of working.</p><p>-Strong written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>-Experience supporting delivery across multiple initiatives or workstreams.</p><p></p><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><p>-Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile certification from an accredited agile institution.</p><p>-Experience supporting technology or application security initiatives.</p><p>-Experience working with globally distributed teams.</p><p></p><p>Deliverables / Expected Outcomes:</p><p>-Effective facilitation of agile ceremonies and delivery cadence.</p><p>-Maintained and up to date backlogs, metrics, and delivery artifacts.</p><p>-Improved visibility into delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.</p><p>-Identification and implementation of continuous improvement actions.</p><p>-Support for timely and predictable delivery aligned to Application Security objectives.</p><br>Rate range -$60-$65",
