We do this by delivering exceptional experiences to our customers, employees, partners, and communities—treating everyone like family. </p>\n<p>The Additional Services Technician is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while performing a variety of specialized services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and various pest control treatments. This role requires a commitment to high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction across all additional service offerings. This position is on-site and reports to our <strong>New Berlin, WI</strong> branch.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers, ensuring thoroughness and attention to detail. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Interact with customers to explain service features and benefits, providing exceptional customer service. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow scheduled routes, communicate with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate, organized records. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain equipment, vehicle, and personal safety gear in good working condition, while utilizing technology to manage appointments and customer records. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have 1+ years of customer service experience, knowledge of construction, and basic handy skills, including experience with ladders and power tools.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
