Position Overview: The Education Program Manager provides leadership, oversight, and strategic coordination for Enlace Chicago’s education initiatives, ensuring the effective implementation of high-quality programs that support youth, families, and schools. Working across multiple sites and program areas, the Manager oversees program planning, staff supervision, partnership development, grant compliance, and continuous improvement efforts to advance educational equity, youth development, family engagement, and community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Strategic Implementation
Leads the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of education programs across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, school priorities, and community needs. Compliance, Data Management & Grant Oversight
Ensures full compliance with public and private funding requirements by overseeing reporting, data collection, evaluation processes, and timely submission of all required documentation. Staff Supervision & Stakeholder Collaboration
Supervises and supports site-based coordinators and staff while serving as a liaison between schools, leadership teams, and external partners to promote collaboration, communication, and accountability. Core Competencies:
