Oversee monthly rent collection, invoicing, and reporting, ensuring accurate billings against rent rolls and adherence to lease terms. Review and approve operating expenses, capital expenditures, and vendor contracts in alignment with budget, ownership and investment objectives. Attend weekly asset management meetings, providing portfolio-level status updates, key performance insights, and risk/opportunity assessments. Complete and review quarterly asset reports and support presentations to the Investment Committee, providing property-level and regional perspectives.
