Promotes integrity and diversity.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">JR Metal Works offers a competitive wage and benefits package, plus opportunity for growth and development.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We currently have opportunities for welder on our day and night shift.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">All positions and roles within JR Metal Works LLC are subject to change with company needs.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Job Purpose</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Welders will use their knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and engineering requirements to ensure parts are in compliance with customer requirements.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Job Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Interpret blueprints and documentation to fit, weld and finish customer parts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Determine the appropriate welding equipment and/or method needed to complete the required job.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Inspect products for accuracy and uniformity to ensure product quality and uphold company reputation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly manner and report all equipment problems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Prepare proper documentation of inspections, materials, processes, and other pertinent information.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Learn the JRMW processes involved with the completion of assigned parts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">All other duties as assigned.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education</span>: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree and/or Welding Certification is preferred but not required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span>  5+ years of previous welding experience is required; Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge:</span>  </span><span>Thorough knowledge of GMAW/MIG and GTAW/TIG welding techniques.  Advanced knowledge of reading drawings and specifications with an understanding of geometric tolerancing &amp; dimensions. </span><span>Able to follow written and oral instructions.  Able to write simple correspondence and work instructions.  Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, percentages, and decimals.  Able to understand and use the metric system. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical demands</span>: Able to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Must use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination skills. The employee is required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in a manufacturing environment.
