The Team Leader provides direct supervision and guidance to Case Managers, ensures high-quality service delivery, and supports clients in achieving housing stability and greater self-sufficiency. This role combines limited direct service responsibilities with strong leadership, oversight, and program coordination functions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness and demonstrated supervisory experience in a social services setting.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;
