Phillips Academy is a boarding school of over 1100 students divided into five residential clusters organized by dormitory location. The five cluster deans work as part of a residential leadership team led by the Dean of Students. Cluster deans encourage, support, and celebrate the progress and wellbeing of the students in their clusters. They uphold community expectations, promote student leadership, hold students accountable for their behavior, and maintain fairness and consistency within our residential environment. Cluster Deans provide mentorship and shape practice within the residential program. Taken together, cluster deans build inclusive and supportive spaces, partner with colleagues and families, and cultivate a caring and healthy school community.
