We are currently seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mechanic Master</span> to join our team.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span></span></p>\n<p><span>The Mechanic Master is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and supporting our mobile equipment and crushing fleet. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, technical expertise, and the ability to work in demanding environments.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Follow all MSHA, DOT, and company safety rules and regulations</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform preventative maintenance, pre‑shift inspections, and repairs on mobile equipment</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain crushing and mobile equipment fleet</span></li>\n<li><span>Operate and maintain company vehicles</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform welding, brazing, and cutting as needed</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicate effectively with the shop regarding repairs and equipment status</span></li>\n<li><span>Complete additional duties as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check</span></li>\n<li><span>Technical school certification preferred</span></li>\n<li><span>Welding certification helpful</span></li>\n<li><span>Valid driver’s license required;
