As Team Leader, you will lead a multidisciplinary clinical team, holding responsibility for clinical quality, service delivery, and team performance. You will play a key role in supporting complex decision-making, strengthening internal capability, and driving continuous improvement in practice. You will have: A postgraduate qualification in psychology, counselling, social work, education or a related field Current professional registration Advanced clinical experience, including assessment and intervention Strong knowledge or working experience with trauma informed practice Strong knowledge of psychometric tools and their interpretation Experience providing clinical supervision A deep understanding of the Aotearoa New Zealand context and culturally responsive practice Why join us?
