Here, you will make an impact by:</p><ul><li><p>Lead cross functional capital engineering projects that support Growth, Cost Reduction, EHS improvement, and Equipment/Facility Renewal.</p></li><li><p>Lead diverse teams including electrical, facilities, design, technical experts, and operations to deliver project expectations.</p></li><li><p>Utilize project engineering fundamentals (scope, budget, schedule, forecasting, communication, financial analysis) to deliver the best outcome for 3M.</p></li><li><p>Leads engineering projects through multi-disciplinary teams.</p></li><li><p>Integrates manufacturing and laboratory business issues/needs into project planning.</p></li><li><p>Manages financial aspects of major project teams, including estimating expenditures, identifying financial alternatives, contributing to the creation of AFEs, purchasing materials and/or services, monitoring and tracking costs, and payments.
