The right candidate will be comfortable in an onsite, patient facing role. </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Healthcare Project Coordinator's Main Objective</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Overall, the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Healthcare Project Coordinator</span> is responsible for supporting efficient, accurate, and organized study start-up operations for clinical trials across DelRicht Research:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Patients are welcomed into a professional, supportive, and efficient clinic environment throughout their study participation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Clinical visits are prepared for and carried out with strong attention to detail so study procedures and documentation requirements are completed accurately</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Site capacity is strengthened by helping the team manage a high volume of patient visits and related study activity</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communication with sites across the country is clear, professional, and responsive as study needs evolve</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deadlines, competing priorities, and ad hoc requests are managed effectively across multiple active studies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Sponsors, CROs, and internal stakeholders receive consistent communication and dependable follow-through throughout the start-up process</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Systems-based and technical tasks, including research-related build or configuration work, are completed carefully and efficiently</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Clinical teams are equipped with accurate materials, summaries, and operational support needed to launch studies successfully<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills needed to win</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required</span></em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">:</span> Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required</span></em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">:</span> 1+ year of professional experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required</span></em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">:</span> Strong organization, communication, and time management skills in healthcare, clinical research, project coordination, administrative operations, vendor coordination, or systems-related work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is an onsite Monday-Friday position.
