The candidate should view this as a high opportunity position with tremendous growth potential.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare calculations and design building mechanical systems.</li></ul></div><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform on-site surveys of existing mechanical equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Determine schedules and details required for the project. Review with project engineer.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Attend job meetings as required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure flow of information between disciplines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in writing reports and feasibility studies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support developing mechanical standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare cost estimates and specifications.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as a lead mechanical engineer on select projects in the Mission Critical Sector. Project types include Data Center new builds, renovations, fit-outs and critical system&rsquo;s infrastructure upgrades.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">10+ years of experience in designing Data Center infrastructure.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Background in Data Center / critical systems infrastructure is required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Robust knowledge of applicable codes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">PE Preferred.
