    "description": "<h2>Role Overview</h2>\n<p>Sodexo Senior's segment is seeking a<strong> Registered Dietitian</strong> for a full-time <strong>Clinical Dietitian Manager</strong> position at <strong>Covenant Living of Turlock </strong>a 51-bed upscale skilled nursing facility in <strong>Turlock, CA </strong>~ located in California's beautiful Central Valley near Yosemite National Park between Sacramento and Fresno. This position is 40% direct patient care and 60% clinical and opeartions management.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>This position is eligible for relocation assistance</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>A sign-on bonus may be available</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Start with 3 Weeks' Vacation and 3 Personal Days!</p>\n<p>Flexible Schedule! Potential for Remote Work!</p>\n<p>Reimbursement for Academy dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal</p>\n<p>Money toward continuing education events</p>\n<p>Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide compassionate care to skilled nursing and/or rehab residents;</li>\n <li>Consistently meet DOH/state/federal and company standards;</li>\n <li>Serve as an active member of the interdisciplinary team, working closely with nursing & medical staff and attending care conferences as assigned;</li>\n <li>Perform quality improvement initiatives such as test trays, food service audits, and meal rounds;</li>\n <li>Supervise 10 FTE'S;</li>\n <li>Provide support to assisted living as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. If you need assistance with the application process, please complete this form.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications & Requirements</h2>\n<p>Minimum Education Requirement:</p>\n<p>Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) </p>\n<p>For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:</p>\n<p>Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Credentials Requirement:</p>\n<p>Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.  In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Minimum Management Experience - 2 years</p>\n<p>Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian.</p>",
