Growth.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>In your role, you will:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Utilize the nursing process to identify patient needs for continuous assessment in the PACU. </li>\n <li>Document and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing actions and ensure a safe environment of care. </li>\n <li>Work alongside other departments to ensure continuity of care. </li>\n <li>Provide post-surgical education to patients, creating and maintaining a sterile and safe surgical environment for the patient and monitoring the patient’s physical and emotional well-being throughout the surgical care continuum</li>\n <li>Monitoring patients for changes in status and indications of conditions such as sepsis or shock and institute appropriate interventions.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>Education• Graduate of approved nursing program required• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Experience• minimum of 2 years of recent critical care, ICU or PACU RN experience Licenses and Certifications• RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required\n<h2>Disclaimers</h2>\n<p>• Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.• If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.</p>",
