    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Nocturnist, Hospital Medicine - Full Time</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Southwestern Vermont Medical Center, a member hospital of Dartmouth Health, is seeking Nocturnist Hospital Medicine Physicians to join our team. The hospitalists are a well-established, stable group of ABMS board-certified internists and family medicine physicians and advanced practice providers.  SVMC provides a great culture and collaborative team environment.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Opportunity Highlights Include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Average daily census is 45 and includes a 10-bed ICU with 24 hour Tele-ICU support</li>\n <li>135 shifts per year for full-time Nocturnist, Salary $332,281</li>\n <li>Strong collegial relationships with emergency medicine, surgical and medical specialties and nursing staff</li>\n <li>Incentive compensation may be available in addition to base salary.  This position includes a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement and CME support).  A sign-on bonus and relocation stipend may also be available, subject to eligibility.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>SVMC is an integrated, non-profit health system with a proud 100-year history as an innovator in health care delivery.
