(Hybrid)</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Functions and Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Assist in budgeting and forecasting process, including gathering and validating inputs, consolidation of results, and ensuring accuracy of outputs.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for department leaders and consolidated company results.</li><li>Prepare monthly variance analysis to compare actual results against budgets/forecasts for individual departments and total company.</li><li>Identifying trends in key drivers and financial performance and effectively communicating those trends.</li><li>Regular updating of company’s three-statement financial model.</li><li>Serve as a consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required.</li></ul>",
