    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><strong><u>Job Summary:</u></strong><p>The Bar Back will provide friendly, excellent service to every customer as well as keep the beverage area clean and stocked at all times. &nbsp; Responsible for delivery of requisitioned bar supplies (i.e., CO2 canisters, liquor, wine, beer, fruit, glasses, matches, ashtrays, ice, etc.). &nbsp;Position requires extensive physical exertion of the arms, hands and legs, the use of four wheel carts, four wheel ice containers and two wheel trash containers. &nbsp;Tasks include pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, walking and reaching. &nbsp;Position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English. &nbsp;All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Saracen Casino Resort&rsquo;s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong><u>Essential Functions and Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Report to work well-groomed in full uniform and on time with badge on upper left side of uniform.</li><li>Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverage to all our guests.</li><li>Be hospitable, friendly, and polite with all guests, co-workers, and management using positive body language.</li><li>Obtain supplies and equipment for each beverage station and place fruits, glasses and silverware in their respective places.</li><li>Prepare fruit, fill ice bins and clean ashtrays.</li><li>Wash glasses for the bartender and clear debris from the bar.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times. &nbsp;Maintain a professional work environment with management and staff.</li><li>Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies.</li><li>Attend all necessary training meetings.</li><li>Assist in other projects, as directed.</li><li>Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed. &nbsp;Hours are determined by a 24 hour schedule.</li><li>Pushing, pulling and turning a four wheel loaded cart to all bars in the casino from the liquor storeroom. &nbsp;The weight of a loaded cart will vary, from 100 to 500 lbs., depending upon the size and content of orders.</li><li>Unload cart and place or stack orders in pre-designated areas.</li><li>Return empty cart to liquor storeroom.</li><li>Remove trash, empty boxes, and soiled bar towels one to four times a shift.</li><li>Sorts trash at dumpster areas into proper container, i.e. boxes, trash, and towels. Return empty trash carts.</li><li>Know the location of all bars within the complex.</li><li>Thoroughly clean the floors of all mats and the floor behind bars (swing and grave yard shift).</li><li>Position requires extensive walking, pushing, and pulling.</li><li>Exchange empty bottles of liquor for full bottles in pump room.</li><li>Change Bag in Box, CO2 tanks and tap kegs</li><li>May be called upon to deliver empty bottles to liquor storeroom area.</li><li>May be called upon to deliver ice to bars.</li><li>Outstanding example of and a credit to Saracen Casino Resort</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Qualifications/Requirements</u></strong></p><p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. &nbsp; To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.</p><ul><li>Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment.</li><li>High school diploma or its equivalency required.</li><li>Previous customer service experience preferred.</li><li>Ability to operate the following equipment: &nbsp;Juice guns, cutting boards, soda guns, ice machines, shot glasses, mixers, pourers, knives, coffee machines, non-alcoholic frozen drink machines, ice tea machines, and other necessary equipment.<ul><li>Ability to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.</li><li>Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.</li><li>Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.</li></ul></li><li>Must present a well-groomed and professional appearance.</li><li>Must possess excellent communication skills.</li><li>Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
