ERP is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability and Veteran.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Expert full-stack Java Spring Boot developer in support of React-based UI applications.</li>\n <li>Responsible for participating in the full agile application development life cycle for microservice API development using Java Spring Boot in support of a React front-end web application.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of RDMS databases like Postgres and NO SQL databases like Redis </li>\n <li>Solid experience with automated unit testing and associated technologies (Junit, Mockito, Cucumber)</li>\n <li>Work collaboratively as a full stack developer on Agile Scrum teams and complete user stories and develop usable code independently with minimal oversight and guidance.</li>\n <li>Assist development/test teams in activities in support of acceptance testing, load testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning as required</li>\n <li>Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organization; contributes to acceptance/functional testing duties and part of incremental feature development</li>\n <li>Adhere to, promote, and maintain development standards and best practices, and participate in regular code reviews</li>\n <li>Must possess superior oral and written communication skills to convey issues and ideas clearly and effectively to team members, management, and customers.</li>\n <li>Interface with customer and external teams to explain application functionality and behavior</li>\n <li>Communicate committed stories for the upcoming sprint to backlog owners and stakeholders, and demonstrate functionality when complete or requested</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Must be in the Laurel MD area in order to travel to office or customer as needed.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in related discipline plus four (4) years of experience; or bachelor’s degree in related discipline plus eight (8) years of related experience; or twelve (12) to fifteen (15) years in Software Development without a degree</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience developing code in microservice-based architectures</li>\n <li><strong>Deep knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and React.</strong></li>\n <li>8+ years experience in Java and Spring Boot</li>\n <li>Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira / Confluence etc.</li>\n <li>3+ years of Agile experience utilizing DevSecOps & CI/CD pipelines</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience developing React web applications</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Docker</li>\n <li>Experience with Kubernetes</li>\n <li>Familiarity with the DoD STIG process</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Clearance and Citizenship Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a US Citizen able to obtain Final Secret DoD clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Interview Process:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Recruiter screening</li>\n <li>Development assessment</li>\n <li>Technical MS Teams interview with management</li>\n</ul>",
