Ensure proper staffing levels and manage scheduling. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span>Customer Service</span></span><span>: Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring high-quality service delivery, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining customer satisfaction. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span>Sales and Business Development</span></span><span>: Collaborate with the marketing team and Business Development Specialist to meet or exceed branch sales targets.
