A Bachelor’s degree is required at minimum, and a license is required.</li>\n<li>Working toward licensure in some capacity (LPCC, CSW, MFTC, CAS, LAC etc.).</li>\n<li>At least 1 year of behavioral health or SUD treatment experience (internships count!).</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships.</li>\n<li>A willingness to grow through supervision, professional development, and creative problem-solving.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>$25-50 hourly depending on experience and based on education/licensure.<br></li>\n<li>Benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, supervision support) NOT eligible for Part Time Employees at this time.</li>\n<li>A supportive, growth-oriented workplace that values creativity, recognition, and well-being.</li>\n<li>Full-time positions frequently open-up at Ava Health, especially during this time of growth.
