Coordinates with an interdisciplinary team to promote community health and well-being. Provides consultation with federal, state, local, and corporate regulations to ensure proper delivery of quality nutrition services to residents. Supports Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives and department policies and procedures.</p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<p>The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in nutrition with Registered Dietitian certification</li>\n <li>1-3 years of healthcare, clinical, management, and/or wellness experience</li>\n <li>Long-term care experience is preferred</li>\n <li>Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and state licensure, if required to practice in the state where employed</li>\n <li>Health Coach Certification <em>(must be obtained within six months of employment)</em></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
