Description As a Sr Advanced Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our quality engineering initiatives by applying advanced methodologies and driving continuous improvement. Participate and lead internal quality process and product audits Engage with external customers in technical discussions, regarding open issues, including RMAs Develop and implement robust quality control processes and methodologies to enhance product and process quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify production quality issues and drive resolution through data-driven decision making. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or advanced quality roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement techniques Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and quality management software to analyze data and drive quality improvements Experience with advanced quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, DOE, and corrective action systems WE VALUE Advanced degrees in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical fields Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other process improvement certifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to quality challenges Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to achieve quality objectives Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to quality engineering BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL In addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
